    As a Configuration Analyst at Booz Allen, you'll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to your clients
    Using your software engineering experience, you'll help analyze the environment to ensure that your team's solutions consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements
    You'll strengthen your skills as you master new tools and techniques while helping to identify and implement system improvements
    In addition to your software engineering skill set, you recognize the importance of well-organized version control systems for both software and the volumes of supporting documentation, including milestone deliverables and catalogs of strategic information, such as detailed technical procedures (DTP) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)

    You Have:


    • 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, including configuration management, change management, and release management, in support of DoD Cyber Technology Development Programs, including with code management, baseline identification and management, and document control for operational projects through a CI/CD pipeline
    • Experience participating in design reviews and evaluations of hardware or software configuration changes to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the system baselines, and identifying and coordinating processes for version management, system build, backup and recovery, archiving, and change management to ensure the accreditation, integration, and production support of systems in disparate classified environments
    • Experience chairing or contributing to change control boards (CCB) and working requirements through CCB processes, maintaining the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, integration, and production environments, developing hardware and software version control processes and procedures, and ensuring they are followed by Agile cross functional development teams and operational delivery and support teams
    • Experience with Agile methodologies, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and creating and managing solutions to complex problems in a collaborative, and cross-functional team environment
    • Experience with managing software products through Software Version Control tools, including Git, milestone documentation through tools, including Jira and Confluence, code management, baseline identification, and preparation, and control of documents for operational projects
    • Knowledge of DevSecOps and information technology configuration management standards with an 'everything as code' approach to modern software development
    • Ability to modify, catalog, and distribute detailed technical procedures (DTP) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) and assist with the review of product drawings submitted in support of defining the configuration baseline for the program
    • TS/SCI clearance

    You Have:


    • 5+ years of experience with working in an Agile software development environment and CI/CD pipelines
    • 5+ years of experience with the operational methodologies employed by the USCYBERCOM capability development teams in support of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO)
    • Experience with developing Offensive Cyber platforms, tools, and capabilities and other DoD software packages in a DevSecOps environment
    • Experience with GIT, GitLab, or GitHub
    • Experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Confluence, and Jira
    • Experience with performance management improvements
    • Experience with executive-level briefings and support
    • Certified Configuration Management Professional or Microsoft Configuration Manager Certification
    • Project Management Professional Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required

    Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements
    The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD)
    The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees
