    Job Title: Dermatology Sales Executive

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Dermatology Sales Executive in the Houston - South Texas region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a customer base, developing new markets, and assisting with obtaining new business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth and revenue expectations
    • Initiate and execute new sales for our best-in-class Pathology Watch digital dermatopathology solution
    • Maintain relationships with current dermatology clients and serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting needs
    • Educate and train clients on best workflows using lab best practices
    • Liaise between internal departments, including sales, lab, IT, marketing, and billing
    • Schedule and facilitate presentations, educational seminars, and tradeshows in the territory
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as territory pipeline and revenue projections, expense reports, and account database management

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Residence in the greater Houston, Texas area
    • Prior experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare preferred
    • Strong communication, attention to detail, and rapport-building skills
    • Persistent, self-motivated, and outgoing with a relaxed sales approach
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work situations and environments
    • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, work independently, and as part of a team
