    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help us ensure our software products are delivered on time, functional, and polished.

    This role will be critical in establishing norms and best practices for testing our products, as well as helping the engineering team develop our overall scaling strategy.

    This role will report to the Lead Engineer/Product Manager on our public sector team.

    This team is responsible for delivery of our capabilities to critical teams and organizations inside the federal government, including partners such as the DoD and other government partners.


    Responsibilities:
    Work with the engineering team to design and execute a testing regime to ensure compliance with Contract Requirements.
    Create test cases and automated test cases to verify product functionality and security.

    Be involved from the early stages of product development in order to begin to scope our testing & evaluation schema for a particular product.

    Track and communicate status and feedback in order to help the engineering team iterate on findings from our testing.
    Perform regression and stress testing to ensure stable customer experience of our products.

    Required Skills:

    3+ years of professional QA engineering experience
    Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in relevant field (Computer Science or related field or relevant experience)
    Demonstrated Interest in Artificial Intelligence and LLMs
    Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
    Be a citizen of the United States

    Nice-to-haves:

    5+ years of professional QA Engineering experience
    Experience in Defense
    Experience in Artificial Intelligence
    Experience leading teams

    Salary range:
    $98,000 - $118,000
