    Wyoming Safety Specialist

    Redi Services, LLC is seeking a dynamic and capable Safety Specialist to join our Health, Safety, and Environmental team based out of our beautiful Rock Springs, Wyoming location. The successful candidate will assist the local operations team and HSE Director by engaging with employees, customers, regulatory agents, and the public to live up to our safety vision of EVERYBODY BACK HOME SAFE EVERY DAY

    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
    • Conducting regular safety inspections and audits onsite to assess employee compliance with safety regulations.
    • Understanding and adhering to all safety guidelines - report any incidents and be proactive in the prevention of safety and security incidents.
    • Working with the Operations Management Team to resolve any issues that arise.
    • Maintaining a strong team relationship and demonstrating a professional presence with all.
    • Fostering communication with the workforce to strengthen the importance of EHS objectives, policies, and procedures.
    • Producing high-quality work that meets the requirements of company policies, procedures, industry standards, and client expectations.
    Knowledge, Skill, Abilities, and Education:
    • High School Degree/GED, or equivalent experience.
    • Two (2) Years of Mining experience is preferred.
    • Preference given to Bilingual candidates. (Spanish and English)
    • MSHA Certified a plus.
    • Authorized OSHA Trainer a plus.
    • Able to work extended or on-call hours as needed.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
    • Good organizational skills, and communication skills (written and verbal).
    • SOFTWARE/HARDWARE: Microsoft Office suite, emails, internet, adobe, excel, word, outlook, teams, etc.; computer (desk and laptop), phone, fax, copier, scanner, and other office equipment.
    • Must be highly motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work both with a team and independently.
    Job Requirements:
    • Must carry a cell phone and be available to respond during working and non-working hours.
    • Up to 50% regional travel.
    Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 DOE.
