    Sr Regional Sales Manager (Dealer Channel)

    Full-time

    The Central US Dealer Regional Sales Manager is a leadership role in charge of developing and executing upon the strategy to drive profitable sales growth of the MasterBrand Cabinets LLC portfolio.

    This position manages all aspects of Dealer channel sales in the assigned Central US region and is accountable to meet/exceed sales targets in a variety of market segments.

    They will ensure our sales team achieves performance targets across the portfolio, while developing and leading strategies to drive higher customer satisfaction and achieve market share gains.

    Segmenting brands and customers, and providing the appropriate levels of service to each, will be critical to success.
    Organizational Relationship
    Reports directly to the VP Sales, Dealer
    Manages team consisting of multiple independent sales agencies
    Accountabilities
    Manage execution of strategic sales plans; meet/exceed sales targets and performance metrics
    Develop and execute market sales strategies, leveraging the entire MasterBrand portfolio of products
    Effectively manage sales agency relationships; actively coach and develop team members
    Segment brands and customers and deploy the appropriate strategies for each market
    Create a team atmosphere where team members work together in pursuit of a common vision; encourages open communication, establishes positive outlook, and nurtures commitment to the mission
    Develop and maintain positive and productive customer relationships; own the resolution of escalated issues
    Partner with other MasterBrand team members and channel partners to effectively manage activities in common markets
    Work with demand planning teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and meet/exceed those forecasts
    Audit competitors and collect feedback from customers to gather data that provides meaningful insights
    Develop strong partnerships with business stakeholders including the Dealer teams and manufacturing sites; support strategic planning and program execution in partnership with product, marketing and other teams
    Other duties as assigned including participation on project teams outside of primary scope

    Ability to travel as business needs require, including overnights
    Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in good standing
    Basic Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or another relevant field
    5-8+ years Channel Sales experience, preferably in the construction or remodel industries; Dealer-specific sales experience preferred
    Demonstrated record of strategic sales planning and profitable market growth
    Ability to travel as required, estimated at 50%
    Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to data mine and build presentations
    Preferred Qualifications
    3+ years supervisory experience
    Experience with 80/20, lean, and/or continuous improvement processes
    Must live within or be willing to relocate to the Central region and ideally in close proximity to a major airport
