- Coordinates and communicates across the line with the chef.
- Follows proper hold time standards for all heated products.
- Read tickets and pull product from window in order specified.
- Judge quality and quantity of each dish according to chef standards to ensure each guest receives the correct order and best presentation.
- Follow and execute special instructions/requests.
- Maintains full knowledge of food, beverages, products, and services.
- Provide high level of customer service to guests.
- Assist with special events.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
- Minimum 1 year expediting experience in a full service restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to stand, lift, walk, and carry with ease.
