The Events Director will lead the strategy, planning and execution of high-impact events company-wide elevating the Related Ross brand and driving engagement across our portfolio of mixed-use destinations.Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive events strategy aligned with corporate communications marketing business objectives li Develop oversee planning execution all company-wide events including property milestone events brand partner experiences investor investor media roadshows sponsorship activations community curated programming residential experiences office tenant events li Partner closely with sponsorship customer experience marketing teams verticals ensure brand consistency synergy initiatives li Serve primary lead manage experiential production agencies owning strategic vision design programming performance oversight major events activations li Collaborate closely Director Sponsorships plan coordinate execute partner signage branding event touchpoints ensuring accuracy maintenance placements compliance sponsor visibility provide timely post-event deliverables including professional branded photography recap assets reporting demonstrate partner value fulfillment Manage vendor relationships budgets schedules contracts COIs SOPs run-shows ensure flawless event execution fiscal responsibility Curate programming hospitality experiences showcase Related Ross industry leader enhance relationships partners residents tenants visitors Provide on-site leadership during events seamless delivery exceptional guest experiences Evaluate event performance post-event reporting insights continuous improvement initiatives Stay current forward-thinking trends event design hospitality experiential marketing inspire innovation differentiation
