Job summary
We are looking for a leader and someone passionate about the culinary arts to join our Culinary team as a Culinary Supervisor. This individual must have extensive experience working in a high-volume professional kitchen and be a college graduate in the culinary arts.This role will assist with planning and execution of the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for the hotel in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable competitive quality products.

and attend weekly F&B meetings BEO meetings leadership meetings monthly safety meeting represent
the culinary team successfully manage finances analyze control costs manage budget achieve profitable operation guide nightly cleaning kitchen areas follow up pm stewarding crew ensure dish area clean organized service create menus costing implementation seasonal menus special
Responsibilities
- You will attract retain motivate best culinary talent
- You act absence executive chef complete daily ordering using current par levels outlets employee cafeteria banquets
- You may perform function within culinary department cook steward etc.
- You conduct daily walk throughs kitchen make recommendations corrections repairs cleanliness concerns improvements needed.
