As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, your knowledge ensures meaningful care for each respiratory patient.
+- Partners with the Respiratory Director to align operational goals with organizational strategic plans by maintaining awareness of internal and external factors impacting success.
- Supports development and monitoring of operational objectives and metrics, communicates performance outcomes, and identifies improvement opportunities.
- Implements evidence-based quality indicators, continuous improvement processes, and safety risk mitigation strategies; provides training on quality methodologies and goals.
