    Description


    Provide financial support and expertise in the development of ENOWA Energy, Water, Hydrogen, and District Cooling projects to support financing and investment decisions.

    Provide financial modeling support to update, maintain, and improve ENOWA financial models.

    Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

    Work closely with ENOWA and NEOM teams in charge of the development of Energy, Water, Hydrogen, and District Cooling projects by supporting the structuring and execution of partnerships and project finance transactions

    Support the Innovation & Ventures activities of ENOWA

    Interact closely with NEOM teams (Corporate Finance, Accounting, Tax, Strategic Finance...) and internal project stakeholders to provide finance and valuation guidance throughout the business development process, advising business development teams on alternative structures and expected investment returns

    Coordinate accounting, consolidation, tax, treasury, reporting, and corporate finance workstreams and requirements

    Involved in the selection and appointment of advisors

    Involved in commercial and financial discussions and negotiations with JV partners

    Contribute to the drafting of project documents

    Perform the financial modeling and analysis of the different lines of business supporting ENOWA's long-term strategic decisions and development

    Perform ad-hoc valuation and financial modeling activities

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

    Experience in Middle East infrastructure projects development or investment

    10 years minimum of applicable professional experience in infrastructure projects, project finance transactions with an investment bank, private equity fund, or with a strategic player in Energy, Water, and utility fields

    Proven experience in modeling and valuation of Energy, Water, or infrastructure projects

    Deep understanding of valuation methodologies and risk allocation

    Solid understanding of debt capital markets, deal structuring, M&A

    Strong IFRS, Tax, and Finance knowledge

    Strong MS Excel and modeling skills

    Experience in reviewing and negotiating legal documentation

    Experience in negotiating financing agreements

    Very strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Strong analytical and quantitative skills

    Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, multi-task under pressure or tight deadlines

    Experience in working in multicultural environments

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering

    Masters, MBA, CA, CFA, CPA, and/or equivalent certifications are an advantage
