    Essential Functions

    Act as the central point of contact with government representatives and other client officials.

    Possess authority to act on behalf of BreakForth Solutions in the performance of the required work and services under all program tasks.

    Work independently, or under the general direction of BreakForth Solutions executive management, on all phases of performance of the required work and services under all tasks.

    Execute contract management, project/task management, and coordination of resource needs, in coordination with corporate resources and management.
    Responsible for technical performance, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
    Accountable for the implementation and measurement of corporate and Department quality standards and methodologies.

    Deliver project meeting minutes, schedules, requirements/specification documents, market research analysis, technical proposal evaluations, planning documents, and other project collateral relative to planned projects.

    Provide program management using PMI best practices for deliverables, strategy, requirements for HSPD12 compliance, and guidance.

    Serve as SME for HSPD12 activities, FICAM, ICAM initiatives, and liaison to provide feedback from GSA MSO when USAccess changes are made.

    Demonstrate strong expertise in supporting Federal Government Customers.

    Apply industry-standard project management best practices, government FIPS201, OMB 11-11, and HSPD 12 directives to determine and execute requirements, evaluate, and propose Customer solutions.


    Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or five years of equivalent experience
    12 years of experience in supporting security management or ICAM related requirements.
    SME level understanding of HSPD 12 requirements
    3+ years of experience working with FICAM and USAccess and relative machines
    7 years of experience working directly with the Government
    7 years of experience supervising personnel
    Broad and deep knowledge of the IT industry, business administration, and human resource management
    Ability to attain CCURE 9000 for Operators/Basic Administrators – AC9641 Software House certification
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Experienced in conflict management and resolution
