- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and VoIP infrastructure
- Administer and support Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and related voice services
- Configure and manage VoIP phones, call routing, and gateways
- Monitor network and voice performance; identify and resolve issues proactively
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in related roles
- Demonstrated experience with VoIP technologies, including Cisco CUCM (Call Manager), Call Gateways, VoIP phone configuration, deployment, and support
