    EY
    Default job background
    Description
EY focuses on high-ethical standards and integrity among its employees and expects all candidates to demonstrate these qualities.

At EY, you'll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with the global scale, support, inclusive culture and technology to become the best version of you.

And we're counting on your unique voice and perspective to help EY become even better, too. Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.

    The opportunity

Our Data and Analytics team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients.

As part of that, you'll sit side-by-side with clients and diverse teams from EY to create a well-rounded approach to advising and solving challenging problems (some that have not been solved before).

No two days will be the same, and, with constant research and development, you'll find yourself building knowledge that can be applied across a wide range of projects now and in the future.

This is a high-growth area with plenty of opportunities to enhance your skill set and build your career.

    Your key responsibilities

We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinical Trial Developer and Modeler to join our team.

    Skills and attributes for success

Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently running and delivering quality client services. Driving high-quality work products within expected time frames and on budget.

Monitoring progress, managing risk and confirming that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.

Effectively managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Providing constructive on- the- job feedback/coaching to team members.

Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Playing an active role in the counselling and mentoring of junior consultants within the organization.

Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships and networks.

Partnering with information architecture to build logical/canonical and physical data models aligned with conceptual data models

Develop, organize, and manage clinical trial protocols, including study design, selection criteria, and protocol writing.

Perform statistical modeling and simulation to optimize clinical trial designs.

Implement advanced statistical methods to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex clinical data.

Collaborate with clinical and research leaders to understand data needs and apply appropriate methodologies.

Assess the feasibility of proposed clinical trials based on statistical modeling.

Apply innovative strategies to manage missing data, model selection, and validation.

Provide statistical expertise and guidance to clinical teams and stakeholders.

Ensure all clinical trial activities comply with regulatory standards.
