    The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Services Account Executive to join our Professional Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in propelling our Services business forward and driving impressive growth. You will oversee every stage of the customer's Services journey from pre-sales to launch while cultivating trusted relationships with customers, including key C-level stakeholders.

    Your primary focus will be on large strategic market segments, collaborating closely with sales teams and Services members to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. As a Services Account Executive, you will skillfully navigate complex customer needs, with a mission to maximize value from Elastic solutions, leveraging your sales acumen and strategic insight.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Complete comprehensive training on Elastic's consulting methodologies and practices to become an expert.
    • Promote Elastic's ability to drive significant business outcomes and deliver core methodologies to our customers passionately.
    • Utilize industry insights to assess customer motivations, business drivers, and objectives.
    • Engage C-level executives through a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term advisory relationships.
    • Articulate compelling solutions that align with customers' goals and drive their success using the Elastic Stack.
    • Achieve and exceed growth and bookings targets, while ensuring organizational health and high customer satisfaction.
    • Develop a territory and personalized account strategy for each customer that aligns with their business aims.
    • Forecast and report accurately, building a robust pipeline and advancing opportunities for year-over-year growth.
    • Forge strong partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, and regional Alliances/Partner teams to enhance success under a co-selling framework.
    • Play an active role in hiring and mentoring new Services Sales members.
    • Contribute ideas to improve our delivery methodologies, services practices, and industry perspectives.

    What You Bring:

    • Over 10 years of consultative sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
    • A minimum of 5 years selling and/or delivering professional services in a strategic consulting environment or a software company's professional services unit.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, being recognized as a trusted advisor.
    • Experience managing large and complex projects with significant revenue implications.
    • A collaborative mindset suited for a complex, matrixed organization.
    • Skilled in developing compelling responses to RFIs/RFPs.
    • Strong project/account management experience.
    • A personable team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

    Compensation for this role consists of a base salary and a variable component, both contributing to the On-Target Earnings (OTE) which is projected between $165,800 - $262,300 USD, depending on various factors.
