    is an Austin-based firm which has for 32 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas.

    We are currently seeking an experienced

    GIS Programmer Analyst

    to be a key resource on a technical services team.


    Location:
    Required to be Local to the Austin, TX area.


    Onsite work:
    Wednesday and Thursday

    Remote work:
    Mon, Tues and Fri

    Responsibilities
    Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.

    Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment with knowledge of Agile methodologies.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:
    8 years of deep understanding of ArcGIS including analysis and development work
