    Description

    Job Title: Licensed Insurance Broker

    We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Licensed Insurance Broker to join our team. This role involves actively seeking out prospective customers, following our sales process to achieve success, and being coachable and ready to learn.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, loves to learn, is not afraid of challenges, and can stay well-managed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Learn and master our sales system, schedule appointments, and meet with clients virtually.
    • Develop and foster relationships by maintaining close communications with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected.
    • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual goals.
    • Track progress and results by monitoring activity and key metrics.
    • Be willing to learn products, carriers, and our process to effectively help clients accomplish their goals.

    Requirements:

    • 1-2 years of experience selling a product or service.
    • Excellent communication, selling, and negotiating skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Suite, and ability to work remotely.
