Job summary
This position will perform Custodial work at Owens Realty Services.
- Perform routine cleaning of administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms and stairways in a clean neat and sanitary manner.
- Clean toilets and sanitizes restrooms including sweeping mopping and dusting of all surfaces stocks restroom with supplies such as toilet paper paper towels and soap.
- Cleans furniture exhibit cases fixtures windows doors trim related furnishings moves furniture supplies miscellaneous only when directed by supervisor uses safety poles for high dusting collects recyclable non-recyclable waste replaces trash cans liners where applicable cleans telephones periodically germicidal cleaner disinfectants applicable vacuums fully traffic areas cleans visible debris carpets cleans light switches doors walls tops modular furniture blinds polishes tables benches chairs stainless steel elevators escalators water fountains sinks removes cobwebs safely empties trash proper dumping area breaks down heavy trash manageable weights lifting dumping secures job area safety signs when mopping performing other duties hazardous public locks unlocks doors windows rooms necessary turns off light rooms unoccupied reports work time dressed company uniform employee badge black slip resistant safety shoes identifies reports safety hazards supervisor manager follows Safety Procedures use PPE other Safety requirements i.e Bloodborne pathogens based job responsible bio-waste using procedures follows infection control practices hand washing techniques works flexible schedule nights weekends holidays ensures cleaning carts left unattended properly safely replenished each shift keeps hallways pathways clear carts equipment tools hazardous items result trips falls leaves equipment cleaning materials end each shift ready use completes additional duties assigned key activities include maintaining cleanliness cleanliness facilities ensuring overall appearance customer satisfaction quality standards delivery clients business partners customers visitors employees property office spaces meeting expectations industry regulations compliance
