We are looking for a Front Desk Associate that can assist with some simple bookkeeping tasks.+
Responsibilities
+- Assist with data entry and maintaining financial records in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate projects and tasks related to bookkeeping operations+
+- Absolutely required previous experience in an office or administrative role.
- Absolutely required knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software.
