We need a strong SFDC Tester, with automation. A little lead experience or ability to lead a small team is preferred.
5+ years of hands-on experience in testing
2+ years of automation experience
3+ years of UI automation testing using Selenium.

1+ year experience with testing on a Salesforce application preferably an integration project with Lightning Salesforce testing experience would be a plus.

The person should be independent because they will be working on projects where they will need to take initiative while partnering with the programmers, PM's and BA's to understand various business demands and formulate solutions.

Expertise with software test management tools and concepts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible and able to learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Review requirements and writing, updating test cases, troubleshooting defects and analyzing test results.
Execute test cases, logging defects, triaging defects and testing multiple mobile devices.
Strong communication skill is MUST
Immediate availability is MUST
