    We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote support team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.

    Provide accurate product and service information to customers.

    Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.

    Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.

    Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure consistent service quality.

    Follow company procedures and maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

    Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.

    Compensation


    Pay:
    $45 per hour
