Company is in search of an Electrical Maintenance Technician within the Jefferson City, MO area. Candidates that are interested should have a minimum of 3 years of Electrical experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates will need formal training in specialty areas (i.e., Pneumatics, Hydraulics, mechanical, PLC's, Instrumentation, etc.). This position is a rotating 3rd shift at $32.39 an hour + OT along with a variable bonus, great benefits and programs for continuing education. responsibilities:

Install machinery and equipment according to electrical code and circuit drawing using hand and power tools;

Perform all work with adherence to safety and housekeeping procedures

Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.

Install industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools

Adjust machinery to repair or replace defective parts

Connect electrical power to communication equipment, signaling devices and heating and cooling systems.

Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records.

Startup, shutdown, setup and adjust equipment as required

Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions

Train or assist in training new workers

Maintain and complete records in our CMMS System. The essential functions of this role include:
