- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS degree or higher.
- Previous clinical experience in hospital setting preferred.
- Current Vermont State PT license.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- Ability to effectively communicate with physicians, allied heath professionals and patient/family.
- Demonstrates ongoing patient and family teaching as evidenced through verbal and written guidelines.
- Ability to extract and interpret patient/family clinical information through interviewing skills.
- Ability to resolve and identify complex cases and potential discharge problems.
- Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills.
