- Generate and process accurate invoices for clients by collaborating with internal partners to obtain the necessary information and return to project managers for updating and approval.
- Complete, obtain signatures, and re-distribute lien waivers back to project managers and clients.
- Respond daily to emails from internal and external partners.
- Update client records in Deltek Vantage Point to ensure we have the appropriate accounting contact along with invoicing instructions.
- Assist with monthly monitoring and follow up on outstanding A/R balances.
- Support project managers and clients with billing questions and issues.
- Help with month end reporting and statements.
- Process check requests.
- Manage and maintain the petty cash fund.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Associate or bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred, but not required.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; meeting deadlines is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must have exceptional organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective team member who displays initiative and acts with integrity.
- Strong Microsoft Office applications knowledge, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
