Description
Our Endocrinology clinic at the plaza is seeking a LPN to join their teamThis is a Monday through Friday day shift position.
LPN will assist with patient phone calls, procedures, rooming, and various administrative tasks as needed (ex: prior auths, RX refills, etc).
Provides phone triage, assisting with rooming patients, downloading blood glucose meters and pumps, and educating patients on injectable medicines and glucose meters.
Because you will not be assigned to one provider, the ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to different provider preferences.
We are looking for a strong team player who is wiling to jump in and help when they see a need.
Completes patient care, patient education, prior authorizations, in basket messages,, prescription refills, and other duties as assigned.Responsible for telephone triage, patient flow, and coordination of patient care
Delegates tasks to clinical staff in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice
May be responsible for covering Medical Assistant job duties or other office duties as needed
