- Masters degree in Social Work
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Must have clinical experience working with adults
- Current NJ LSW or LCSW license
- Responsible for delivering clinical services such as individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and some case management.
- Responsible for development, implementation, monitoring, and documentation in a timely fashion of initial interdisciplinary treatment plan and clinical documentation.
- Terminates with assigned patients as per the treatment plan, ensures appropriate termination, follow-up, and timely documentation.
