    We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team.

    As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our recipes and quality standards.

    You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

    Responsibilities:


    Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices - Cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service - Assist in menu planning and recipe development - Follow proper knife handling techniques Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food service industry as a cook or similar role - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently - Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed If you are passionate about cooking delicious meals and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, we would love to meet you.
