    Join our team as a Field Service Supervisor at Honeywell Intelligrated

    Are you ready to tackle the most critical challenges in the world by leading a Field Service Installation team? At Honeywell Intelligrated, a renowned global player in automation and end-to-end solutions for manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment operations, we are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to make a difference. As a Supervisor, you will leverage your leadership skills to enhance team performance, explore new market opportunities, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and revenue generation. Additionally, you will take charge of metric reporting, financial targets, and budget control, while mentoring and developing future managers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise team activities for quality control and safety on conveyor/sortation systems installation
    • Collect and report performance metrics
    • Develop team and team members
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement
    • Assign and supervise project work

    MUST HAVE

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Willingness to travel 100%
    • Minimum 5 years of Electrical experience
    • Journeyman electrician license
    • Experience in automation controls
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills

    WE VALUE

    • College degree
    • Journeyman electrician license
    • Prior experience in conveyor/sortation technology
    • Leadership or supervisory background
