    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    We are seeking an Account Representative to join our Commercial Lines team in supporting our clients with businesses (mostly) in the Korean community. Our service team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. You are the facilitator of positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and partner insurance carriers.

    Responsibilities:

    You will:

  • assist with the account-service process to include:
  • marketing to carriers
  • preparing quotes.
  • reviewing policies, processing certificates and endorsements, assisting with billing, as needed.
  • coordinating premium financing and the collection of premiums, as needed.

    • WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    You are perfect for this opportunity if you

  • hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred)
  • have a customer service background
  • have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • are computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Bilingual English/Korean is REQUIRED
  • The expected hourly rate for this position is $16.90 to $24.04 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
