Description

Skaalen Retirement Services is looking for a full-time maintenance supervisor to perform general maintenance and upkeep of Skaalen Retirement Services.

Some responsibilities of the selected candidate will include mentoring staff, repairing equipment, addressing work orders, performing electrical and plumbing work, and setting up for special events.

*A highly qualified candidate will have:

A high school diploma or GED
At least 1-year maintenance experience in a healthcare setting
A valid WI driver's license in good standing with the Division of Motor Vehicles
A demonstrated experience and proficiency in a skilled trade
The ability to work independently and be part of a team.
Experienced in the supervision and mentoring of staff
The aptitude to multi task and maintain organization
