Job summary
To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in facility in accordance with current applicable federal,state,and local standards,guidelines,and regulations,to ensure that highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
Conduct regular screening of residents to figure out the best intervention or treatment for each individual patient,Evaluate residents to inform and develop treatment plans;establish short-and long-term goals and methods to achieve goals
