We are seeking a Store Manager for our Garden State Plaza location in Paramus NJ starting February 2026. As the leader of your own store you ll be accountable for every aspect of business performance most notably consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience recruiting and developing an elite tier Ambassador team and achieving business metrics that deliver sustainable profitability and long term growth.Responsibilities
* Customer Experience Develop a culture of extreme hospitality that ensures every visitor leaves with a memorable positive experience at your store Ensure through training and development that our Ambassadors are product knowledge experts able to forge personal connections and serve as champions for the brand Constantly look for ways to improve our service merchandising and displays to create a welcoming environment for our guests* Leadership & Ambassador Development Manage all hiring strategies to recruit train & develop diverse teams of Ambassadors able to provide unparalleled customer service & efficient store operations Provide regular structured performance feedback for all team members identify areas for development improvement Cultivate professional environments encourages team achievement continual growth high accountability Lead from the floor tackle emerging challenges address various needs of the business guests ambassadors
* Physical Space Management Lead all visual merchandising drive higher sales customer satisfaction keeping current with company initiatives Ensure physical retail space reflects quality aspirations brand highest standards cleanliness upkeep presentation
