    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

    This role is integral to the smooth operation of our department and requires a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service.

    The Permanent Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects, liaising with clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.

    Liaise with clients, maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) to prepare and present reports, manage schedules, and maintain communication with
    Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
    Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
    A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar
    Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
    Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and build strong client relationships.
    Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
