    Overview


    The Financial Manager position will perform complex analysis and develop plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.

    Responsibilities

    The Financial Manager's position responsibilities include:

    Performing complex analysis and developing plans that include budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program.

    Serving as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns and special projects.
    Participating in researching, establishing and defining program plan requirements; prepare detailed narrative to justify budget estimate and monitor execution.

    Coordinating interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met.

    Reporting, analyzing and interpreting financial and operating data.
    Conducting program plan studies.
    Supervising junior financial analysts and providing team leadership by defining program plan requirements.
    Participating in establishing and defining program plan requirements.
    Coordinating, negotiating and resolving financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation of contract requirements.
    Interfacing with top management responding to requests for financial data.
    Briefing program/project budget estimates/projections, shortfalls, over-runs, funding types, etc.

    Qualifications


    Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.

    Able to perform all duties to ensure timely, courteous and quality support to INSCOM or other customers/affiliates.
