- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as necessary to ensure academic growth.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- State certification in Special Education.
- Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the success of every student.
