    Collection Operations ManagerLocation: Washington, DCClearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraphResponsibilities:Collaborates with collection requirements managers, analytic elements, and consumers to ensure HUMINT collection operations have the necessary focus and guidance to maximize time and resources allocatedApplies intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence collectors and consumers of collection developments and relevancy through a range of productsCollaborates across the IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing collection operations tailored to the requirements of the customerWorks with collectors and all-source analysts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements, and the execution of collection plans and strategies to generate reliable intelligence relevant to consumer needsManages large amounts of data, ensures data consistency, produces visualizations, and develops models to report findingsAssists with developing methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements have been satisfied, using measures of effectiveness and measures of performanceProduces feedback of findings, identifies collection gaps, related trends, and opportunities; assesses collection options, tests assumptions and produces judgments, recommendations, and solutions to refine collectionProduces analyses identifying gaps in collections methods, and models future intelligence collection scenarios for Collection Strategists, Intelligence Planners, and Collection Enterprise ArchitectsConducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes for various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authoritiesDemonstrates ability to produce Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs)

    Requirements:

    Master's degree and 12 years, or Bachelor's degree and 17 years of directly related experiencePrevious experience with HUMINT intelligence automated systemsKnowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis toolsKnowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines pertaining to HUMINT reportingExcellent written and oral written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating briefings etc.

    on complex topics using available multimedia software and applicationsExperience in managing research and coordination for projectsExperience with. instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks a plusDetailed knowledge of DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, DOT and DOS programs and products preferred Graduate of in-residence basic Human Intelligence Collection course such as DSDC or military service equivalent preferred; specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification preferredCurrent TS/SCI clearance w/ a CI polygraph
