    ***This is what we'd like you to do:***

    Responsible for Remote Branch operations, sales, ensuring exceptional member service, and building strong financial relationships with members via remote service delivery channels. Manage all activities of the remote branch and ensures that member service objectives are achieved. Manage electronic banking support and ensures that the member experience via online and mobile banking platforms exceeds member expectations. Works with the Regional VP Retail Delivery, COO, and other KFCU management staff to assure achievement of the vision and strategy defined for the Remote Services Branch, and to continuously improve the delivery of financial products and services via remote service delivery channels. Responsible for driving loan growth and new member activity via electronic and telephone operations. Responsible for direct supervision of remote branch personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve the Credit Union's mission, vision, strategic goals, quality initiatives and service standards.

    **These are what your duties and responsibilities will be:**

    Assumes responsibility for effectively overseeing Remote Branch functions and operations.

    Assumes responsibility for the effective delivery of loan and new account services to members via telephone and all other electronic banking channels.

    Effectively supervises Remote Branch personnel, ensuring optimal performance.

    Monitor timekeeping and payroll records.

    Ensure that work areas are clean, secure and well maintained.

    Ensures that deadlines are met, and that there is accurate reporting of Remote Branch activities to senior management. Attends and participates in management and project meetings, as appropriate.

    Promotes goodwill and a positive image of the Kirtland Federal Credit Union.

    Develops and maintains strong vendor relationships to support Credit Union objectives.

    **Can you to bring to the table:**

    Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field *preferred.*

    5-7 years of related experience in a financial institution with a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated management experience.

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering financial products and services via remote service delivery channels (phone/call center, online and mobile banking, etc.) is *preferred*.

    Experience in delivering lending products and services to consumers.

    Demonstrated experience in developing a strong relationship sales culture with successful results.

    Strong communication and presentation skills to present to the Board of Directors.

    High level of knowledge with member service principles and the ability to manager and coach toward those principles.

    Strong knowledge in financial institution management *preferred.*

    Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements. (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA, TISA, Reg Z, Reg B)

    Demonstrated knowledge with project management

    Knowledge of call center technology, software and systems, *preferred.*

    Knowledge of how to market products and services.

    Experience with developing and implementing strategic direction *preferred.*
