    Join Quality Surgical Management (QSM), a leader in quality bedside and clinical wound care management for over 30 years. We are excited to expand our family of healthcare providers, and we are currently seeking a Medical Doctor, Doctor of Osteopathy, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to take on the vital role of a Travel Healthcare Provider.

    As a Travel Healthcare Provider, you will have the rewarding opportunity to:

    • Cover vacant territories and establish new facilities.
    • Respond to FMLA, vacation, or sick time coverage needs.
    • Deliver exceptional bedside surgical wound care services while ensuring outstanding customer service.

    QSM offers comprehensive training to all providers. The right candidate will complete two (2) weeks of paid at-home didactic training followed by six (6) or more weeks of paid field training in various states where QSM operates. Travel expenses during training are fully covered by the company.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Unencumbered licensure as MD, DO, NP (Adult, Geriatric, or Family), or PA, or eligibility to obtain.
    • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel, which may include car and plane travel as well as overnight accommodations.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Understanding of meticulous documentation and standard care practices.
    • Ability to be available by cell phone during working hours.
    • Ability to perform direct patient examinations in person.
    • Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • Ability to push, pull, or carry medical equipment.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Active participation in required meetings and corporate conferences is essential.
    • Ability to exercise discretion and independent clinical judgment daily.
    • Collaboration with other professionals and ancillary staff is fundamental.
    • Telehealth services may be required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • While wound care experience is a plus, it is not mandatory.
    • Preferred two years of experience as a provider (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
    • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is beneficial.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive base salary with additional bonus structure.
