- Achieve and maintain sales targets while protecting profit margins.
- Conduct in-home consultations, prepare detailed estimates, and present product options.
- Follow up with customers, answer questions, and deliver excellent service throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Pipedrive) and related software tools.
- Attend weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve results.
- Occasionally work evenings or weekends as needed to meet with or discuss projects with clients.
- Represent the company in the community with professionalism and integrity.
- 3 to 5 years of roofing, siding, window, or gutter sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to close deals and meet sales goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy, proficient with computers, mobile devices, and CRM software (Pipedrive experience a plus; Xactimate knowledge preferred but not required).
- Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record (required).
- Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs as needed for inspections.

- Training Pay at $20/hour (up to 3 months; transitions to commission once sales are made).
- Commissions at 6 to 10% average, with potential up to 12%.
- Earning Potential up to $80,000 to $140,000+ annually (with top performers exceeding $180K).
