Audacy is seeking outgoing professionals to support our Promotions + Experiences team in event management, promotions and integrated marketing in the Minneapolis Market. Events include entertainment music sports lifestyle and spoken word formats This is a part-time hourly position What You'll Do Coordinate on-site experience for Audacy events Assist in set-up execution and tear down of events Support Marketing team on promotions contesting and brand initiatives Coordinate with internal departments and partners on event execution if needed Work with internal teams on any recap materials needed for on-site events Follow all legal requirements and disclosures with regards to on-site contests and promotionsother duties assigned by manager More About You Demonstrated oral written communication skills Experience in Event Management in sports entertainment lifestyle or news formats First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position Experience using Google Workspace Willingness to be a team player Professional appearance punctuality Night weekend work as needed Must be 21 or older High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License good record ability drive promotional vehicles if needed proof insurance need use applicant own vehicle Experience executing marketing/promotion campaigns an plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job employee frequently required stand walk sit use hands finger handle feel objects tools controls reach hands arms climb stairs ladders balance stoop kneel crouch crawl talk hear smell employee occasionally lift move up 35 pounds Specific vision abilities required close vision distance vision color peripheral depth adjust focus Please aware that Audacy will never ask you send money at point during hiring process Communication legitimate Audacy representatives come from email addresses ending If receive suspicious requests communications verify authenticity before responding.
