We are looking for a multi-faceted manager who is looking to grow a multi-unit award winning specialty restaurant group as an Restaurant Manager

We are a well established, high profile and cutting edge restaurant group with ambitious plans to grow. We are tight-knit, highly successful and hungry for growth. We have multiple new ventures underway creating a tremendous opportunity.

The Manager is an essential member of our family and of our Management Team. We are dedicated to providing exceptional quality, service and creativity to our guests and employees. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. We also want individuals who want the opportunity to excel with ultimate creativity and passion

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop short and long-term goals and for the restaurant
Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Building a culture of genuine hospitality

Qualifications:

Supervisory and management experience is required and culinary qualifications are essential.
Previous experience in a similar environment Michelin or James Beard recognition is a plus.
Second language preferred but not required.
Strong leadership, training, motivation and communication skills.
Candidates must like to work hard and have fun while creating memorable experiences
High school diploma/GED
Previous restaurant management experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
