- Operate the trimmer's "Press Close" station correctly and promptly.
- Safely and efficiently unload molded products from the mold.
- Conduct equipment checks at the start of the shift and communicate any deviations from the normal process to the Supervisor.
- Understand the production process and follow it diligently. Notify the Supervisor immediately of any mechanical, process, or quality issues for quick resolution.
- Inspect parts to ensure all operations prior to and during your operation have been completed satisfactorily based on instructions and visual aids.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, performing normal housekeeping duties before the end of the scheduled shift.
- Report any safety hazards to the Supervisor promptly.
- Provide assistance to the press operator when required with charge placement.
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Good assembly skills and manual dexterity.
- Strong judgment and decisionmaking skills.
- Teamoriented with the ability to work at a quick pace.
- Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Job Description:
We are currently hiring Trimmers for the 3rd shift at our Conneaut facility. As a Trimmer, you will be working from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday to Thursday. This is a full-time position, and the pay starts at $16.00 per hour.
The role involves working with fiberglass and assisting with the operation of compression molding presses and other equipment to ensure the production of high-quality products for our customers.
