    RemX is seeking a District Manager in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong Service and Sales background with a collaborative, team-first mentality.
    $120k-135k base salary BOE

    The Job:
    Leading multiple branch operations to achieve ongoing service revenue growth, profitability, productivity, quality, and service levels.

    This position provides strategic leadership as well as the day-to-day management of a team of Field Service Technicians, Administrative Staff, and lower-level supervisory staff.

    Our District Managers ensure the efficient use of their assigned budget while meeting service revenue targets through active collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Marketing.

    The District Manager will be based out of the Chicago, IL office location.

    The Details:
    Work with the service sales and equipment sales team to drive sales growth.
    Develop, maintain, and manage a highly technical field service team.
    Oversee installations, PMs, equipment upgrades and updates, and sales support of new systems.
    Establish, nurture, and grow customer relationships.
    Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed financial metrics.
    Increase employee engagement and retention levels.
    Travel to customer sites daily to ensure that relationships are cultivated.
    Provide day-to-day management of the field service staff.

    The Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree
    7+ Years in a similar role
    Sales Strategy Experience
    Experience managing profit and loss statements, cost control, inventory, and customer-facing metrics.
    Proven success with customer retention and growth
    Experience working in a service-based organization.
    Mechanical aptitude (prior hands-on or supervisory mechanical experience)
    Prior experience managing a service staff.
    Knowledge of the food industry
    Clean driving record
    Ability to travel locally daily- this position requires visiting clients daily.

    Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb a ladder up to 10ft, ability to sit/walk/stand, ability to drive a company vehicle for extended periods.
