Senior Project Manager, Healthcare Implementation

Location:
Approximately I-225 and I-2- Mostly remote (There will be some onsite days for working sessions, and a monthly onsite EPMO meeting, but otherwise, it is remote. Must live in Colorado).

months (anticipating 12, but do 6-month increments)

Rate:
Up to $65/hr


Job Description:

We are looking for a contract Senior PM for 6-12 months for a project to optimize how the Care Management team uses our GuidingCare system.

The company has had the GuidingCare system for a long time but doesn't use it fully. They are partnering with a consulting firm that specializes in this software and best practices for care management. This PM will need to be able to coordinate with their PM.

The PM will be required to oversee the build and management of the master project plan and will coordinate our IT resources, Care Management resources, EPMO resources, and vendor resources.

The PM will organize and lead change management/resistance management sessions with the Care Management team. The contracted vendor partner will help with training the end users on new processes.


Required Skills:
Project Manager
System Implementation (NOT someone who has focused on infrastructure or agile project management)
