    Description

    Join **Community Services Group (CSG)**, a Certified B Corporation, as a **Janitor** for our **Adult Mental Health (MH) Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services** in **Lebanon, PA** and find meaning in your work every day. Hiring immediately for this position. As a **Janitor**, you are responsible for cleaning and maintaining specific areas of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. You will also:

    Complete routine cleaning assignments and any additional cleaning tasks assigned by supervisor or designee in indoor and/or outdoor areas.

    Monitor, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and requests needed supplies.

    Report any concerns or problems to your supervisor.

    Follow standard precautions when completing tasks.

    Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

    Willing to learn and model the five principles of trauma informed care; safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment.

    Commitment to promote cultural, racial, language and gender access, diversity, equity and inclusion.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    **This position offers:**

    $8.00 per hour.

    Part-Time (7.5 hours per week) Hours - Monday to Friday - 2:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

    **Qualifications:**

    At least 18 years of age and have the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position.

    Individuals in recovery are encouraged to apply.

    Able to work flexible hours.

    Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
