Girl Scouts of Western Ohio is seeking a Director of Regional Services to join our Senior Leadership Team The Director of Regional Services leads and inspires the delivery of the Girl Scout experience across their assigned region ensuring every girl volunteer and staff member feels supported and connected to the mission.Responsibilities
- Drive membership growth implementing regional recruitment and renewal campaigns including troop and staff led initiatives to ensure Girl Scouts is representative of girls adults in every community.
- Provide leadership training effective management of the region s recruitment volunteer experience teams including direct leadership to managers indirect leadership to team members Responsible for effective performance management of staff including training goal setting accountability Provide leadership support direction to regional volunteers staff ensuring execution consistent with council plan work delivering consistently across region ongoing support volunteers employees Lead development community partnerships increase visibility influence opportunities within acting advocate spokesperson for Girl Scouts within region Actively participate in council-wide strategies as member Senior Leadership Team.
