Responsibilities:

As the Lead Technician, you'll play a vital role in managing the Service Department's operations, ensuring service work completion, workflow efficiency, and meeting KPIs to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Prior experience in Bicycle Retail and strong organizational skills

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: In-person
• Schedule:
  • 40-45 hours per week
  • 5 days per week, occasional 6th day
  • Weekday and weekend shifts
  • 8+ hour shifts
