    JOB SUMMARY

    Responsible for cost estimating, progress budgeting, change order pricing, cost forecasting including monthly projections.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Must possess a working knowledge of the electrical trade with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an electrical project manager.
    KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
    • Must possess a working knowledge of ACCUBID.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (primarily Excel and Access).
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Establishment of project estimates and management of cost.
    • Project submittal process, including submission, approvals and release of approvals.
    • Day to day interaction with owners, general contractors and subcontractors.
    • Responsible for all job related costs including procurement of major materials and equipment.
    • Monitoring of all job related costs, including but not limited to, labor, rental equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
    • Understanding of the Company's financial software systems, including but not limited to Spectrum, and other software utilized by the CSG companies.
    • Understanding of ACCUBID estimating software.
    • Monthly cost analysis.
    • This position is required to drive and must have a safe driving record and valid driver's license according to legal requirements.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
