US LLC Admin, Compliance Ops, Banking, and Shopify Payments Support

Job summary
We are an established multi-country sports company based in Asia with operations across multiple markets.We need a reliable detail-oriented admin and compliance operations partner to manage ongoing US LLC errands and help us get fully operational with banking and Shopify payouts.
This is not a one-time task We want long-term support on a monthly retainer
Responsibilities
- Review what we already have (Articles or Certificate EIN if any Operating Agreement if any registered agent info)
- Create a clean organized document pack for banking and platform verification
- Build a simple compliance admin checklist (what to renew when where who owns it)
- Confirm Colorado Periodic Report status and upcoming deadlines
- Confirm registered agent status renewal timing
- Confirm entity facts consistent across documents legal name EIN formation date addresses signer list documentation links logins owners renewal dates address setup recommendation plan cost risk pros cons summary Banking plan application support submitted correctly next steps status log shopify payments golive checklist test order refund confirmation tracking sheet compliance admin tracker Google Sheet dates owners links monthly retainer plan price included scope response time expectations shared folder structure clear naming index file Formation EIN Registered Agent Address Banking Shopify Payments Compliance Filings owner passport info needed verification existing registered agent details shortlist collaborator access fast responses during setup
