Strategic & Operational Leadership:
Serve as the senior campus executive with full operational accountability Lead admissions, financial aid, academics, registrar, student success, and business operations Translate corporate strategy into local execution and measurable results Maintain full P&L ownership including revenue, expenses, margin, A/R, and collections Monitor daily KPIs and lead structured weekly executive reporting Academic &
Student Experience Oversight:
Ensure compliance with accreditation, institutional, and regulatory standards Supervise faculty utilization, scheduling, and classroom delivery Oversee academic reporting (attendance, grades, SAP) accuracy and timeliness Drive retention, persistence, graduation, and placement strategies Champion a student-first culture focused on engagement and measurable outcomes Enrollment, Retention &
Financial Performance:
Achieve or exceed enrollment start goals and conversion benchmarks Drive retention aligned with institutional and budget expectations Partner with finance and business office to control bad debt and ensure Title IV compliance Maintain compliance with FERPA, ADA, accreditation, and federal financial aid regulations Team Leadership & Culture: Hire, coach, and retain high-performing department leaders Conduct structured one-on-ones and leadership cadence meetings Promote professional development and accountability Foster a transparent, collaborative, and mission-driven culture Compliance &
