Job summary
The Slope Maintenance Manager is responsible for oversight leadership planning and daily execution of all Slope Maintenance activities for all seasons including grooming snowmaking terrain parks summer trail bike trail and feature maintenance slope erosion and water control noxious weed and fuels fire management and summer snowmaking maintenance projects.Responsibilities
- Daily oversight and accountability for Snowmaking Grooming Terrain Parks Summer Trails Fuels Fire maintenance including but not limited to Management of annual snowmaking plan efficient use of water management timely communication of terrain openings collaborating with Patrol Marketing Ski Ride School GM Ensure the needs of the company are prioritized.
- Management upkeep pump stations equipment tracking logging water usage snowmaking Responsible for snowmaking equipment upkeep repairs expansion projects in house machine hand work subcontractors Provide direction oversight Grooming staff operations high quality snow surface efficient timely grooming trails Design build terrain parks beginner intermediate level daily maintenance documentation.
